Step 1 of 2.

1 When opened as part of the Banking Built for Business package.

2 Transaction items include checks paid, checks deposited, deposit tickets and ACH credits and debits.

3 The core services of M&T Web Banking for Business are free for any eligible M&T business checking account, excluding M&T Free Business Checking, that is designated as the billing account at enrollment or in the My Profile section of M&T Web Banking for Business.

4 Offer includes waiver of set-up fees, monthly fees, and batch fees. Some services may be offered for an additional fee. Products and services may be provided through subsidiaries or affiliates of M&T Bank.

5 Offer includes first six months free of charge and an additional $250 rebate on the cost of the scanner equipment purchased through M&T Bank's vendor, Vecmar. The $250 rebate will occur after the first 6 months enrolled in the M&T Bank Remote Check Deposit service. To be eligible, the full cost of the scanner must have been paid up front. Customers who purchase the scanner through the deferred monthly billing option are not eligible to receive a $250 rebate.

6 All loans, lines of credit and credit cards are subject to credit approval and certain limitations. The creditor, issuer and service provider of the M&T Bank Visa® Platinum Business Rewards Card and the M&T Bank Visa® Business Travel Card is Elan Financial Services.

7 One 1,250 points award per customer, and per joint account, for opening an M&T Check Card as part of the M&T Banking Built for Business bundle. Customers will need to enroll in M&T Bank Rewards within 60 days of opening an M&T Check Card account and make a qualifying purchase. Only M&T Check Cards issued to residents of the United States and in good standing can be eligible to participate in M&T Bank Rewards. Additional exclusions of cards may apply. If you link your new individual checking account to a new M&T Check Card, we will automatically credit your bonus points to a new M&T Bank Rewards account. You can enroll your Check Card and access your M&T Bank Rewards account by visiting www.mtb.com/rewards. If your new checking account is linked to an M&T Check Card with an existing M&T Bank Rewards account, the bonus points will be credited to this existing M&T Bank Rewards account. Special rules apply to joint accounts. It will generally take 6 to 8 weeks for bonus points to post to your account, but it may take up to 90 days. Once posted to your M&T Bank Rewards account, bonus points and points for qualifying purchases are available to you and anyone with a card linked to your M&T Bank Rewards account. All unredeemed points will expire at the end of the 48th month after the month they post to your account. A "qualifying purchase" is generally any signature based purchase, Internet purchase, phone or mail order purchase, bill payment or small-dollar purchase (for which you are not required to sign) made with an enrolled M&T Check Card. Qualifying purchases do not include, among other things, any purchase made using a personal identification number (PIN) or identification technology that substitutes for a PIN. Do not use a PIN when paying for your purchases if you want to earn points. Additional restrictions apply. We reserve the right to determine whether a transaction is a qualifying purchase. 8 For first 12 months when opened as part of the Banking Built for Business package. After 12 months, there will be no monthly maintenance fees as long as a personal M&T Select or Power Checking account is maintained.

9 Fees apply to use of overdraft services. Credit cards offered through M&T Bank N.A., deposit products offered through M&T Bank, a NY State chartered bank.
